Peleshi expels Luciano Boci from the Parliament

Tensions in the Assembly. Speaker of Parliament Niko Peleshi has expelled Luciano Boçi from the Assembly. 

This measure came after deputies Luciano Boçi and Luan Baçi blocked the podium and demanded the right to speak. At first Peleshi gave them a warning, then decided

"I cannot give you the floor because a precedent is being set and then others can speculate. You were given the floor for 10 minutes and you were not refused. According to the rules, you are not allowed to reply," said Peleshi.

"You are so shameless," he addressed Boçi-Peleshi.
