While emphasizing that Albania's integration into the EU remains the polar star for the Democratic Party, Berisha stated that this process is the best future for Albanian citizens.
Addressing the majority MPs, the democratic leader said that "unlike you, we take this process in the truly vital interest of Albanian citizens as a process based on merit and performance."
"While you take and undertake this process based on deception, on manipulation, on censorship, on concealment of truths. This is the most essential difference that exists between us and you."
