The former prime minister, Sali Berisha, gave his next speech from the window of the apartment where he is under house arrest.
During his speech, Berisha returned to the old rhetoric, as he warned Prime Minister Rama not to influence the vote in the upcoming elections, as according to him, there will be consequences.
Among other things, Berisha accused Rama of having used mercenaries and organized criminal groups in the institutions to steal the vote in the past elections, which, according to him, will no longer be allowed by the opposition.
"It's been more than three weeks that every night you leave everything and gather here to give the message of the invincible warrior, the dignified citizen, the true missionary that we will save Albania, that the dictatorship of crime, drugs and theft will not can rule longer in Albania.
All the rapid developments had and have a fundamental cause: Edi Rama, who remains in power on the stolen vote, on the oppressed will, on the controlled will of the Albanian citizens, understood and realized that with Sali Berisha, with DP, he would never be able to make other choices in his life. There was a time when this party faced election rioters, it faced gangs, but at that time, at that time, this party came up with a motto: whoever touches the vote, touches the head! Edi Rama remembered that time, Edi Rama understood that we were and remain ready for any sacrifice for the vote.
That for the vote, we only have the hymns of freedom. That we, for the vote, will take the head of every enemy of our vote. Edi Rama, Rruga e Shpresa, its inhabitants, the democrats and the opposition people, have condemned you as a political corpse. Never again think that you will be able to continue your criminal power. You have chosen the path of the coward, the thief, the coward.
You used mercenaries, you used organized criminal groups in your institutions. You thought of them as cackej against the opposition. But the opposition cannot be defeated any more than the right of a nation to vote freely can be defeated. As much as the right of a citizen to live with dignity and freedom can be defeated. As much as the right of a citizen to control his own destiny and that of his country can be defeated. This is a battle of all battles" , said Berisha.
