The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, during the meeting at the blue headquarters with the heads of the party branches, left a message for the latter to reorganize the party in their regions.
Berisha highlighted the party's organization as one of its biggest shortcomings in recent years. He added that Rama is only getting out of the rut he has fallen into if the Democrats let him.
Berisha: For all of you and us, the key word is organization, organization, organization. We are a big party, those who question this are wrong. We are a big party. We have had a problem. We have not dealt with the organization to the right extent. We are not the ones who have dedicated the energy to our goal to the right extent. Today, and every day, the chairmen, members of the presidencies, the leaders of the regions, have the task of organizing, reorganizing this party, from the sections. This is also necessary in the created situation.
Edi Rama will only get out of this mess if we let him. He can't get out. He gave an interview in a European newspaper. The European press accused him of being a hypocrite, a fraud, and so on. They all quoted the opposition. Their voice, we must do everything to increase these efforts. Edi Rama becomes more of an enemy every day, more anti-Albanian, more of a thief with his criminal organization. We will never accept it.
