The political leader of the Freedom Party in the Berat Region, Lefter Maliqi, warns through social networks that Kreshnik Hajdari is headed for dismissal, arrest or a shameful end from the position of Mayor of the robbed Kuçovë Municipality in 2023.
"Hajdari towards dismissal, arrest or shameful end from the position of Mayor of Kuçovë robbed in 2023? The spectacle of Albanian Justice with the famous Hajdari! Will Celibashi dismiss him or will he answer to the Justice for "Abuse of Duty"?! Whoever touches or steals the free vote will never enjoy the mandate, it will come out of his nose.
Another victory in the Administrative Court in Tirana, together with Lawyer Arben Llangozi, against the Mayor of Kuçovë with a stolen mandate, where the court stated that the issue of dismissing Kreshnik Hajdari from office is not the competence of the court, but of the "CEC". The Appeals Commission at the CEC and the Administrative Court returns to Celibashi for "Dismissal of Kreshnik Hajdari from Office.
I clarify that Hajdari, sentenced to 9 months in prison and 150 hours of forced labor by "SPAK", was not appealed by him to the Court of Appeals, which means that this "Final Decision" by "SPAK", based on the Law, obliges the Prime Minister to dismiss him as Mayor.
The Prime Minister does not implement the Law! Celibashi has not implemented it so far. Let's see how Celibashi will react and what decision he will make next. While "SPAK" condemned him, "KAS" and the "Administrative Court" ruled in our favor and returned the competence to Celibashi for dismissal based on the Law.
This is the 'New Justice' that drags out the trial and investigation until the famous Hajdar's mandate ends! We will not give up until Justice is put in place, until "SPAK" investigates him for the 11 Reports and arrests him. We will return the looted Municipality of Kuçova to the citizens!", writes Maliqi.
