Prime Minister Edi Rama has stated that there is no problem if someone turns to the Constitutional Court regarding the agreement for immigrants with Italy.
Rama made the comments during a press conference from the Prime Minister's Office, when he was asked about the decision of "Reestablishment" to take the agreement for immigrants to the Constitutional Court.
The head of the government said that the agreement is in accordance with the Constitution of Albania as he mocked the opposition saying that it does not matter to him that there is a DP in the Assembly.
" In the meeting of the Parliamentary Group of the DP, I do not see such a party in the Assembly of Albania. It doesn't matter who is gathered because there are many gatherings taking place in the name of the blessed PD which suffers today as a great banner of hope once, the curse of a painful history.
I don't want to avoid the point. It is the responsibility, right, and freedom of anyone who has a certain status in relation to a certain issue to turn to the Constitutional Court. I see no problem at this point.
I say that the agreement is completely in line with the Constitution of Albania, it is a very good agreement for Albania for a thousand and one reasons. There is no problem if someone turns to the Constitutional Court for this matter ", said Rama.
