"O ignorant one", Noka and Balla clash in the Parliament; the session is interrupted

The Assembly has suspended its proceedings at the request of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, while Speaker Niko Peleshi announced a 10-minute recess.

Everything happened because of distant correspondence between Taulant Balla, head of the SP Parliamentary Group, and Flamur Noka, Secretary General of the DP.

While Balla was speaking regarding the request submitted by the Democratic Party that it had withdrawn support for the candidates running for Ombudsman, Flamur Noka intervened several times from the seat, interrupting his speech.

During his remarks, Noka called Balla "ignorant", which forced the leader of the SP group to request the expulsion of the democratic MP.

"I will not speak until he leaves the Assembly hall," Balla said.
