But the scandal with Olsi Rama in the "Xibraka" file is related to 3 serious facts, which prove the statement of Altin Duman, that the heads of the government and the police are connected to the crime:
First/ Olsi Rama was identified by his appearance, travels and concrete contacts as part of the criminal group "Xibraka", but the police chiefs and prosecutors destroyed the evidence and stopped the investigations for him.
Second/ Those who destroyed Olsi Rama's evidence from the "Xibraka" file were rewarded:
Olsian Çela was appointed Prosecutor General; Edvin Kondili was appointed to SPAK and tried to be appointed as leader; Neritan Nallbati was appointed General Director of the Criminal Police, while on February 24, 2024, he passed the police vetting although he is connected to crime.
Thirdly/ The Albanian Police and Prosecutor's Office debunked the action of the German Justice Police in Xibrakë; diverted the evidence, delayed the investigation for the part of Olsi Rama's involvement, informed and helped the leaders of the criminal group to escape.

SPAK police have destroyed all the evidence for Olsi Rama, as the boss of the criminal network "Call Center", and removed his partner Amant Josifi from the criminal proceedings, with the justification that Spain is investigating him, when he committed the crimes in Albania.
The scandal deepens further, with the fact that SPAK on February 10, 2024, announced that 2.2 million Euros, businesses, assets and bank accounts of Amant Josif have been seized.
But it turns out that not even "1 cent nor 1 brick" was confiscated from Amant Josifi, his father Aleksandër Josifi and his mother, Chief Commissioner of the Public Administration, Pranvera Strakosha, because they know that most of those assets are bank accounts, villas , restaurants, cafes, apartments, gyms, and business hall "Call-Center" belong to Olsi Rama.
Even in the Call Center file, the same scheme was used as in the "Xibraka" file, to leave Olsi Rama out of the investigation, hiding and destroying the evidence and obstructing the German, Spanish and EUROJUST courts, not to interrogate Olsi, while Amant Josif and Genci Xixha helped them escape. / Pamphlet
