DP Chairman Sali Berisha, in a statement to the media from the Blue House after the Constitutional Court suspended the November 9 elections in Tirana, declared that Rama is now terrified.
According to him, Veliaj has declared war on the prime minister and the latter is afraid because of the things Veliaj knows about him.
" We have filed the impeachment request. Mr. Begaj is unworthy, not of the position of President, but with the files that burden him, he is a slave to his criminal acts with the looting of army property, with Edi Rama. He allowed himself to sign a decision that he could never sign.
"What is happening in this midst? It is a battle for life or death of Edi Rama, fear and terror from Erion Veliaj. Why is he afraid and terrified? Because Erion Veliaj knows more than any other Albanian about Edi Rama ," said Berisha.
