Prime Minister Rama seems to have decided that on the day of McGonigal's trial, he will challenge the USA, taking Dorian Ducka with him, to the security conference taking place today in Munich, Germany.
Today it is expected that the former FBI agent, Charles McGonigal, will appear before the court to receive the punishment due to the Albanian case, where the former Albanian agent Agron Neza, the former advisor to the Prime Minister Dorian Ducka and the Prime Minister himself are involved. McGonigal is accused of receiving $225,000 from a former employee of Albania's secret services and holding a series of meetings with businessmen and politicians in Albania, Kosovo and Bosnia, but without reporting them according to the rules.
The former agent accepted all the charges related to Albania, including contacts with the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama and the unofficial adviser to the Prime Minister, Dorian Ducka. He even admitted that Ducka had given him information to investigate an American citizen who had registered to lobby for a party that was not Prime Minister Rama's.

Although involved in the McGonigal file and called several times by SPAK on this matter, Ducka seems to have no difficulty at all in becoming part of large international meetings where global leaders meet.
