Rama scenario to pass the "electoral" alone and the important laws,
Rama with journalists

Prime Minister Edi Rama has given clear signals today that our country is moving towards the "state party". This means that only the SP decides, leads, votes or signs.

The parliament has been in chaos for several months and Rama has warned that he can throw the opposition out of the game, trying to pass essential reforms alone, with the help of "bought" votes.

He spoke to journalists after the closing of the government meeting in Lezhë, where he openly stated that he will throw out the bipartisan electoral reform commission and approve this reform himself. He also gave clear signals that he will be looking for bargains for 84 votes, putting his stamp on authoritarianism.

" We have seen how in a hall with 1,600 chairs, they numbered over 5,000 people, significant arithmetical martyrdom. We cannot count 84 people in the 70 or so seats we have in the parliament, for 84 votes we need 84 seats, so of course in order to reach the magic number, you have to find ways of interaction. Which means, I gave the example of the Italian or Greek Parliament, which often make electoral reforms, do not have bipartisan commissions...

Of course, it would be good to do it with a commission, but the problem is that the bipartisan commission is made with two parties of partisans, here we have a pair of partisans and ballistas, that now may have become 3 ballistas. If by the end of the process, there will be will, bujrum. If not we change the site and continue the new site without commission, there are other ways. As others do in Europe ", said Rama.

"Pamphlet" wrote a day ago that Rama gave instructions at the Lezha meeting to make efforts to secure 84 votes. There are some laws with a majority considered blocked and he has requested that no consensus is required anymore, but that other methods be provided for the laws to be approved. So in short, he asked to make bargains and "buy" votes in the hall. Journalists went further by asking him if Basha's group will be the one he will cooperate with, but Rama ironically said that he is asleep at this hour and should not be worried.
