Prime Minister Edi Rama has stated that regarding the case of Fredi Beleri, he is waiting for a final decision from the court.
As for the news that he has proposed the name of Vangjel Tavos, to place him at the head of the Himara Municipality, Rama rejected them, as he emphasized that these are news from the Greek media, since according to him, such information has not even come out of his office, nor from the government.
" In my point of view, first of all, it is not a final decision, we have to wait for it to take a final form. We cannot make a definitive decision. The things that have circulated have as a source the Greek media and not the Albanian media. Neither the government nor my office. I don't comment on what the Greek media puts in my mouth or on my back, without asking me too. They are stories that I have seen in the Albanian media taken from the Greek media. It's a question for your Greek colleagues ," he said.
