The saga of "January 21" moves to SPAK/ Aleks Nika's wife and

The testimony of Aleks Nika's family members tomorrow opens up trouble for Lulzim Basha and Sali Berisha, as according to the order of the Supreme Court, they must be investigated for the role they had.

After more than 13 years, the investigations for the massacre of January 21, 2011, where 4 innocent citizens were killed, are restarted.

Trials were held for 2 of them and there were sentences, but for Aleks Nika and Hekruan Deda there is still no perpetrator. Thanks to the great persistence of Alkes Nika's family members, this file has already passed to SPAK and perhaps this will be the biggest test of this prosecution: Will it clear up the massacre once and for all or will the file end up in the Greek calendars.

This week that we are leaving behind, SPAK registered criminal proceedings, while the questioning of witnesses starts tomorrow. In the morning, those who will climb the stairs are the wife and brother of Aleks Nika, namely Rajmonda Nika and Mark Nika.

The relatives of Aleks Nika have claimed that they have a tape where the order for state murders is given, which they will make available to SPAK. It is about an audio recording published by journalist Artan Hoxha, which seems to change the course of events. The fact that this interception exists means that there may be others. Also, thanks to the technology, it is possible to restore deleted footage from the Prime Minister's server.

But tomorrow's testimony of Aleks Nika's family members opens up trouble for Lulzim Basha and Sali Berisha, since according to the order of the Supreme Court, they must be investigated for the role they had.

Always, the Nika family insisted that the bullets on the crowd of protesters in front of the Prime Minister's office on January 21, 2011, were fired on the orders of Berisha and Basha. The latter said a few days ago that he did not give the order to shoot, somehow blaming Berisha, since only the two of them had this right.

Most likely in the coming days they will climb the steps of SPAK and give their depositions. Sali Berisha will be released from house arrest and for the first time will appear before a prosecutor for this massacre. Basha has his own fate in his hands, because if he speaks, the incident can be easily clarified. Undoubtedly, he would drown himself here.

Another very large number of witnesses are also expected from Ndrea Prendi, head of the Guard, to Agim Llupo who shot, the mayor of Mati Agron Malaj who was part of the fire group, as well as journalists and other people present there. It is likely that the investigations will last, but now this hot potato is in the hands of SPAK and the seriousness of this prosecution will be seen. / Pamphlet
