Rutte said that during the Berlin summit in Tirana, he will have the opportunity to talk with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the Prime Minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabic.

"We are asking for the situation in the north of Kosovo to be escalated. I spoke with Vucic, today I also have the opportunity to speak with the prime minister of Serbia and the prime minister of Kosovo. I hope that everyone will help to reduce tensions", he said.
