The Special Prosecutor's Office has launched investigations into the mayor of Kukës, Safet Gjicin, who was filmed having sex in his office. At 1:00 p.m., it was learned that SPAK has started investigations, mainly recording criminal proceedings.

The Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania prohibits sexual relations up to 3 years in prison.

A video is circulating rapidly, where Gjici is filmed having sex with a girl in his office.

The video, which is more than two minutes long, shows the date June 6, 2023. For ethical reasons, we do not publish the video.

Behind this event may be many unsaid. It is not known whether we are dealing with a consensual sexual relationship or we are dealing with a video blackmail.
