In the Special Court, the trial was held for the mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari, who is being investigated by SPAK for falsifying the decriminalization form, for not declaring a sentence in Greece.
And for this reason, he requested a summary trial at today's session, a request that was accepted by the jury.
Also present at the session was Lefter Maliqi, the former candidate against Hajdar in the elections of May 14, 2023 for the municipality of Kuçova.
To the media at the end of the session, Maliqi said that Hajdari stole the money and left the residents without water, an abuse in his opinion worth 13 billion lek.
