At the meeting held with the Chief Inspectorate General, for the presentation of Dashnor Sula as Chief Inspector General, where Edi Rama was also present, Sula expressed that he feels appreciated for the trust given by the Prime Minister.
During his speech, Sula emphasized that although he had been part of the DP for 20 years and had held critical positions towards the government, he was 'thrown out' by his party.
Sula guaranteed maximum dedication to the exercise of his duties, describing integrity as non-negotiable.
"I accepted this challenge because I highly appreciate your vision. Perhaps it is impossible for a democrat for 20 years in politics to be criticized and stoned in another trench, which you rightly said, but the difference lies in a fundamental moment and I am not ashamed, where I have contributed, I have given for 20 years, and the last race was thrown on the street, your government, I took the courage, competed, came first and was appreciated. This is the difference.
Prime Minister, I guarantee you today here and on the first day of this presentation, that I have 3 things that are non-negotiable, first of all, they will have my full dedication. Second, I guarantee you for my integrity and the entire team that I do not claim that everything will be a miracle, but there will be a significant improvement. Justice will have a prime minister and we will create a positive spirit and the challenge that has confronted us is the digitalization of the system and the construction of a system and not in a hurry. Just as I, with all the requirements of the law that I was recruited based on a competition, from the first to the last, we will begin and at a close moment, verify that every inspector is in the right position and has the right qualifications. That challenge that you have thrown at me, we will fulfill together with everyone, I give my word as a man", said Dashnor Sula.
