The debates continue in strong tones in the plenary session. This follows the statement of the social MP Taulant Balla to the democratic MP Albana Vokshi, to whom he said that you have the number 0900.
The Democrats have asked Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi to exclude Taulant Balla from the session.
Peleshi stated that the Ethics Secretariat will take a position on the brawl in the Assembly, after receiving the video and audio footage from the moment of the clashes.
"Regarding the situation created, this was the reason why we took a break to find an understanding to continue. I don't want anyone to be hurt. Balla has apologized 2-3 times. It is not necessary that we agree with the positions of one or the other. The regulation has an ethical standard. My position is that for that massive violation of the regulation by a large group of deputies, everyone has objections. The Ethics Secretariat will take the footage, audio, video and will take a position ," said Peleshi.
It all started while the leader of the SP Group, Taulant Balla, was speaking on the floor of the Parliament.
"We really didn't have your phone number to call you and ask you how to do it. For you, Albana, we have the number 0900," was Balla's statement that sparked the argument.
Democratic lawmakers stood up and blocked the podium, erupting in accusations and shouting.
"You filthy, shameless, filthy man, you're used to the whores you have in your party. Who are you telling 0900 to? Your sister's number is 0900," he told Bardhi-Balla.
The session was interrupted, and then Klevis Balliu and Balla clashed with each other in the hall.
