Lulzim Basha was invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, where he spoke about the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, with which he is running for MP, but is not the chairman after appointing Endri Hasa for this role.
Asked why he did this, Basha said he is still in court for the Democratic Party seal.
Ylli Rakipi : You founded the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, but you appointed Endri Hasa as its chairman. Why aren't you the chairman yourself? Or in case of failure, does it remain with Endri Hasa?
Lulzim Basha : I am the political leader, but I am still on trial for the legitimacy of the Democratic Party.
Ylli Rakipi : They don't give it to you if you dance Napoleon...
Lulzim Basha : You don't know that.
Ylli Rakipi : If you knew everything, you wouldn't have arrived here.
Lulzim Basha : The only thing that matters is that the Euro-Atlantic Coalition number 4 is the guarantee to fight corruption.
Ylli Rakipi : So you have appointed Endri Hasa for the purpose of the trial?
Lulzim Basha : Number 4, Euro-Atlantic Coalition. Vote for your family and against corruption.
Enton Abilekaj : Most of the people you entered into the legal battle with for the DP have given up on it. Why don't you give up?
Lulzim Basha : I am not giving up on the cause. My cause is about making an offer to the people. Then it is the people who decide. My job is to make an offer. Why would I give up? To have an election without a solution? Vote for number 4, the Euro-Atlantic Coalition.
Enton Abilekaj: What do you need the DP logo for?
Lulzim Basha: This is not relevant to the current situation. It is in court, we will go to the end.
Enton Abilekaj: Your name could be on the Euro-Atlantic Coalition list and you could get more votes. But you are making a sacrifice for a stamp that is there.
