The Kosovo police have found a flag of Serbia, 34 cartridges, a cartridge magazine and 689 cartridges of different calibers near a hill in Banjska, Zvečani.
According to the police report, these ammunitions were found during a patrol. No arrests have been made in connection with the case.
"Fsh. Banjské, Zveçan / 04.01.2024 – 13:45. The police unit while patrolling near a hill has found and seized a flag of the state of Serbia, 34 cartridges, an AK-47 magazine and 689 rounds of different calibers. No arrests are reported. The case is under investigation," the report states.
The Kosovo Police has often announced that in the north, in Mitrovica, dangerous tools have been seized, which could be used for attacks on the Police, endangering the lives of policemen and citizens in the north. These dangerous tools include weapons of various types, military ammunition, smoke bombs or barbed wire.
We recall that on September 24 of last year, the Kosovo Police was attacked by a terrorist group in this village, where Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku was killed.
