
The chief negotiator of Serbia in the dialogue with Kosovo, Petar Petkovic, said that the main topic of today's talks of the Serbian delegation with the EU emissary, Miroslav Lajcak, was the draft statute of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority, which he insists "must be "respect the agreements of 2013 and 2015".
Petkovic said that the Serbian delegation went to Brussels with about 20 "experts from different fields".
"On the agenda was the draft of the Association's statute, as the first concrete step towards the formation of the Association, which the Serbian people in Kosovo have been waiting for for more than 10 years. The talks will continue ," Petkovic told reporters in Brussels.
He added that he expects the talks to continue, as according to him, the Association's charter is an extremely important document.
