The Association of Journalists of Kosovo (AGK) announces that the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK) has revoked the decision to suspend the business certificate of Klan Kosova television.
" The Kosovo Agency for Business Registration (ARBK) has issued an official decision, with which it has announced that the authorized representative of the Trading Company Klan Kosova Sh.PK has submitted the request for completing the documentation and that in this case the ARBK has canceled its decision to suspend the business certificate ", the announcement states.
The Directorate of ARBK has officially announced that the factual circumstances on which last week's decision was taken to suspend the Klan Kosova business certificate have changed, giving the new assessment that that decision has now been revoked.
The ARBK forwarded today's decision to the Independent Media Commission (KPM) and Klan Kosova.
On June 14, the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MINT) filed a criminal complaint against the Trading Company, Klan Kosova with "the claim that Pejë - Serbia and Gjakovë - Serbia appear in the business certificate, for the change of owners".
ARBK, based on legal acts, decided to suspend the business certificate of Klan Kosova television, until another decision. After this decision, the Independent Media Commission gave Klan Kosova television a deadline of 30 days to complete the necessary business documentation in ARBK.
