Socialist MP, Denis Deliu, commenting on the situation, said that after the elections in the north, Prime Minister Albin Kurti was completely right to ensure that the new mayors of the four municipalities start work.
Deliu said that the hybrid war is high in the north, while as far as KFOR is concerned, he said that he acted well.
According to him, the Serbian president is being victimized in the international arena.
"They work every day to consolidate Kosovo. In the territories of Kosovo, there should be Serbs. Belgrade and Vučić use the situation in Ukraine to benefit in the international arena and to be victimized, saying that Kurti will realize the sovereignty of the municipalities, while the Serbian List did not participate. They have won and Kurti has the right to make the decision that those mayors continue their work. The risk of a conventional conflict is low, but hybrid warfare is high. In the international arena, Vucic is trying to explain to the Serbs that I am doing everything to protect you. KFOR acted well, it is to be congratulated," said Deliu.
While yesterday evening, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti stated that next week he will meet with the special envoy of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, and the special envoy of the USA for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, to discuss the possibilities for organizing early elections in the municipalities in the north of the country.
