Meghan Markle has been estranged from her father, Thomas Markle , for about seven years, but their relationship has taken a new turn after a recent correspondence between them.
According to reports, late last year Meghan sent a handwritten letter to her father, who was recovering from a serious health procedure, including the removal of a leg, at a hospital in the Philippines.
