Lewis Hamilton made waves at the Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend, delivering one of the most spectacular moments of the event as he took on music superstar Beyoncé for a quick lap around the track. The race in “Sin City” turned into a star-studded parade, with many famous personalities in attendance before the start of the highly anticipated race.
Beyoncé and her husband, Jay-Z, showed off their style on the track, with the 44-year-old singer appearing in a black leather suit. After greeting Hamilton, the seven-time world champion, he decided to invite her for an unforgettable experience: a lap at speeds of up to 300 km/h.
The atmosphere in Las Vegas also had other protagonists. Many of the WAGs (girlfriends and wives of the drivers) shone in their appearances. Charles Leclerc arrived with his newly announced fiancée, Alexandra Saint Mleux, while Rebecca Donaldson, the girlfriend of Williams driver Carlos Sainz, was seen at her side in the pits. Model Brooks Nader also attracted attention with a sporty outfit with a racing jacket and an elegant top.
Among those in attendance were well-known US political figures, including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and FBI Director Kash Patel, who were even seen posing in a pink Cadillac built with Lego.
As for the race, Lando Norris took pole position after the wet practice, while Max Verstappen won, followed by Norris and George Russell. Hamilton, in a difficult season, finished 10th.
