Recent reports from North Macedonia suggest a high level of interest from elite Turkish clubs for one of the most promising Albanian talents. According to sports portal “xmksport”, Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe are closely monitoring 17-year-old midfielder, Andi Ismaili.
Ismaili currently plays for Rabotnicki, where he has attracted attention for his consistent performances and game-planning skills. He is particularly appreciated for his ability to distribute the ball and build up plays from the defensive zone.
The young midfielder is a product of the Skopje academy. According to Transfermarkt, his transfer value is around 25,000 euros, a significant figure for his age, considering that many of his peers do not yet have such a valuation on the market.
On the representative level, the situation remains open. Albania could try to bring the player closer, based on his family origins, while North Macedonia considers him one of the most promising talents of recent years. This is expected to bring about strong competition between the two federations.
The reported interest from two major Turkish clubs is seen as a clear indication of Ismail's potential to make significant strides on the international stage.
