Journalist Artan Hoxha reported on the dynamics of the incident in Memaliaj, where 30-year-old Endri Goxha was killed, while 25-year-old Dali Nela, who is the brother of the suspected perpetrator of the murder, 29-year-old Donaldo Nela, was injured.
Invited to "Now", Hoxha said that the victim, Endri Goxha, came armed with the intention of attacking the perpetrator's party, whose brother was injured, and according to the journalist, it was the reaction from within and the fate of those inside who escaped with one wounded person.

In this specific case, the dynamics are known, but not the motive, because there was an exchange of fire and if there had not been a quick reaction from the perpetrator, the damage would have been greater there, because the victim came armed and determined to open fire and one of the Nela brothers reacted quickly. But in the end we are dealing with the loss of human lives, but the suspicions are that it is an incitement for small interests. It is suspected that there was no direct connection, but it comes incited by other people and it is more of a clash for territory.
The bar that the Nela brothers opened, after one of them was released from prison, turned into the main bar where there was more work in the city and this was apparently not viewed favorably by the other side and maybe it didn't start out to end in victims, maybe it started out to demonstrate strength, but we are in this situation, we are still in a preliminary investigation. In the last three years, Memaliaj is the city with the highest probability that you can lose your life. I hope there is no further damage there, but I think it is not an issue that will be resolved", said Hoxha.
