Lawyer Ylli Manjani spoke about the changes to the Penal Code. According to him, it is a Code that criminalizes society, with prison sentences at its center.

A code of administrative offenses must definitely be added to this law. There are a number of violations that are punished administratively, it is very simple. 10 years in prison for carrying a weapon without a permit, does this happen in any country in the world? 10 years for firing a gun at a wedding, do you understand or not?", Manjani told "Euronews Albania".
