January 21, Aleks Nika's uncle: Berisha was barely questioned, what did I

Fifteen years after January 21, the uncle of Aleks Nika, the protester killed by the bullets of Sali Berisha's state, met today with SPAK Chief Prosecutor Klodian Braho, according to whom investigations will soon reveal those responsible.

Invited to "Repolitix", Mark Nika confessed that  "I met the head of SPAK, who received me and explained to me the extent of the investigations into this matter. There were no new allegations, they always remain assumptions, because according to them, many issues that should have been investigated have been statute-barred."

According to Aleks Nika's uncle, SPAK says that the murders of two of the victims are time-barred because the Supreme Court has ruled that the murders were committed through negligence.

Mark Nika states that SPAK is delaying, not due to lack of professionalism or negligence, but intentionally. It is intentional.

He adds that the Special Prosecution Office seems unwilling to investigate Berisha. Even when questioning the latter, Mark Nika believes that SPAK did so with "difficulty."

"I think they have hardly returned them to question them in general. The fact that they have 15 years and they withdrew after we insisted, this shows that they maintain reserves. I have also created reserves for SPAK itself. It does not need much time, it is filmed. All the actions that the Guard has carried out.

"They have not carried out the actions that lead to the confirmation of the guilt of the persons who ordered the murders. Not the orderer, because for us he is identified according to the tape, but who is the orderer of the orderer ," said Nika.

Aleks Nika's uncle says he cannot understand why SPAK has delayed the examination of the tape containing the communications between the guards on January 21, 2011. He says that this tape has been deposited with SPAK for 2 years, but "they want to send it to America, to the FBI, but they haven't started it yet."

Likewise, Mark Nika sees SPAK's insistence on finding out the origin of the tape as pointless, since "in the case of the mayor of Tirana, they don't ask who wrote the anonymous letter, while they tell us where you got the tape."

Regarding the meeting with Braho, he says that he asked him to "engage another prosecutor, or judicial police officer, in the "January 21" file, but he told me there was no need."
