Shemsi Prençi, former head of the Police, said that today all politicians and high officials use English and German numbers, after the decryption of the conversations in the 'Sky Ecc' and 'Encrochat' applications.
Prençi made his comments on the show 'Now with Erla Mëhillin' on Euronews Albania, where he also said that the officials, apart from foreign numbers, also use some other applications, which according to him, SPAK is aware of.
He also said that there will come a day when all 'stealth' apps will be cracked.
" It is very important, that we have to accept, that SPAK will always have Nuredin Dumana, regretful that they will produce news for journalists, material for the Prosecution, product for the judiciary. But in the meantime, there will be some other applications that will be broken down in the future.
