The Mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, spoke about the appearance at SPAK a few days ago. During an inspection for the opening of the collector in the area of Perashi in Shkodër, he said that he had given explanations to SPAK investigators about an issue under investigation, but without revealing what specifically.

Although Beci himself did not give more explanations about the issues he was asked about, sources from SPAK inform that it is about issues related to his state duties that he held before being elected mayor.
