Interpreting the political stance of the former prime minister, Ngjela said that Berisha is accepting the accusation.
Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has commented on the political situation, after the Assembly voted with 75 votes in favor of granting SPAK authorization for the arrest/deprivation of freedom of Sali Berisha accused of corruption related to the affair of the privatization of the former Partizani complex.
Interpreting the political stance of the former prime minister, Ngjela said that Berisha is accepting the accusation.
Sali Berisha also voted for SPAK . Saliu does not deny the accusation but accepts it. He who does not defend his innocence legally before parliament, opinion or the court is guilty. Protests are made for the political power and not the judiciary ," said Ngjela.
But what will be the future of the opposition and the Democratic Party?
" Everything will turn to the west. The time has come for DP to join a new domestic legal system, new congress and go to market. If the PD unites and creates the right wing in a state that is mono-party for 4-5 months, we can go to new elections and win the elections, " said Ngjela.
