Lawyer Brizida Gjikondi stated that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has shown that he is a refuge for illegal activities.
Regarding the attacks that Berisha has made against Altin Dumani, Gjikondi underlined that it is regrettable to hear such statements.
Gjikondi emphasized that Berisha has always aimed to minimize going to SPAK.
"Berisha's statements are ugly, he is always a refuge for the illegal. He will not smoke and minimize his visit to SPAK. He always takes to his defense those who violate the law and are on the ugly side of history," said Gjikondi.
During the interview, he added that when prosecutors are not on his side, he attacks them without any ethical or moral code.

The SPAK file is so well-organized that no judge who may have eaten crumbs from Berisha's court will know what to do.
