Albania will be on the Peace Board for the governance of Gaza for at least a 3-year term with the right to renewal by President Donald Trump and will not have to pay any money to participate.
Regarding this issue, former diplomat Lutfi Bilalli said that Albania was not chosen by chance. According to him, one of the reasons is the harmony between the two religions.
"The Peace Board will be led by President Donald Trump. This organization will manage the situation in Gaza. It is an instrument that requires that a regular order be established in Gaza. For this, no more than 2/3 of the UN member states are invited. The Prime Minister can use the fact that Albania is part of this board. Albania was not chosen by chance, I think the reason is that Albania represents a country with a Muslim majority. It is a country that also has harmony in terms of religious religions," said Bilalli, adding that Trump has made a choice based on both continental and other elements, such as the political aspect.
According to the former diplomat, US President Donald Trump knows what he wants and has clear goals.
"America with President Trump has entered a phase where it clearly knows what it wants. Trump clearly shows what it wants, his aggressive policy is visible. The Middle East is a strategic point for all those countries that want to be world powers. There is also a lot to do regarding the Gaza plan, the Palestine-Israel conflict has not yet been resolved. I think the Americans are a second UN. Regarding the Greenland issue, he said Greenland is more of an economic strategy for the US.
"Americans have entered an all-or-nothing phase," he said, among other things, on Report TV.
