Majlinda Bufi has been taken into custody by SPAK
SPAK has named the mayor of Roskovec, Majlinda Bufi, as a defendant.
It is learned that Bufi has been charged with the criminal offense of "using public office for political activity."
The investigation launched after a criminal complaint against her has been completed by SPAK and the file has been filed with the Special Court, where it is expected to be reviewed.
Over the last two years, three reports have been filed against Bufi at SPAK, while at least twice, she has appeared to give statements.
According to the charges, the mayor intentionally and personally committed serious violations against public administration employees during the local election campaign, to prevent them from voting freely, violations such as threats, pressure and blackmail.
Likewise, DP Roskovec has filed a criminal complaint against him with SPAK, accusing him of tender abuse.
Public denunciations have also been made by Democratic MP, Gazment Bardhi, who has repeatedly called on SPAK to investigate Bufi regarding a tender for charging electric cars worth millions of euros, as well as for the construction of a thermal power plant in an agricultural area.

Aty abuzimet jane shume te medha dhe kompania Bankers Petroleum e perdor kete bashki ashtu si dhe bashkite e tjera, te Patosit, Fierit, etj., si lavatrice per pastrimin e parave te korrupsionit. Kjo zonja duhet te pergjigjet penalisht per kete afere korruptive, ku kjo ka pjesen e saj!
