Lawyer Edmond Petraj has commented on the legal aspect of Veliaj's file. According to him, there is evidence that shows a conflict of interest between Prosecutor Dado and Mayor Veliaj.

He can't do it and why there is evidence that it is part of a conflict of interest, but it needs to be verified. Only Altin Dumani, who is the general prosecutor, excludes him. The problem is that the special structure should be responsible for the preliminary investigation for all the characters, some files leave a lot to be desired.
