The police of Shkodra have reacted again in relation to the massive fire that broke out in a used clothes market in Qafë Hardhi.
The police informs that fire engines from Vau i Dejës and Ulqini have also arrived at the place where the fire broke out in the used clothes market.
The fire has consumed 5 apartments, while the police have evacuated the residents and established a security perimeter. The mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, is also present at the scene.
"In order to evacuate residents and create a security perimeter, all the services of the Local Police Directorate Shkodër and the National Security Forces Unit Shkodër have been fully engaged and in the meantime are helping the firefighters to control the flames in the clothing market used.
At the same time, the firemen of Vau de Deja and Ulcinj are going to the aid of the firemen of Shkodra.
The Police Services have evacuated all residents and established a security perimeter. The work to extinguish the fire is continuing intensively," the police announced.
