An Instagram post with a photo of the food she ordered appears to be what betrayed the Ecuadorian model who was killed in broad daylight at a restaurant a few days ago.
23-year-old Ladi Paraga Goiburo had posted to her 173,000 followers on Instagram a photo of the octopus ceviche dish she had ordered on the fateful April 28.
According to the report, the photo showed the name of the restaurant where the 23-year-old former Miss Ecuador was, which allegedly was enough for her assassins to find where she was to kill her.
Shortly after the post, Paraga saw two masked people enter the restaurant and execute him in cold blood.
The assassination of her happened two months after it was revealed that she was in a relationship with the notorious criminal, Leandro Noreo.
The cocaine boss in Ecuador, otherwise known as "El Patron", was executed while serving his sentence in prison in 2022.
