"Fiscal evasion, drugs and illegal possession of weapons", trouble for

Hunter Biden, the son of the US president, Joe Biden, is expected to plead guilty to two tax violations, as well as to admit that he illegally possessed a weapon while taking drugs.

The prosecutor in Dellauer of the United States, has prepared several documents where he admits guilt, after a five-year investigation. He is expected to agree to begin post-drug treatment and be under supervision.

The terms of the deal, believed to have been reached between him and law enforcement, could keep him out of jail. However, the proposed settlement must also be approved by a judge.

However, it remains unclear when Hunter Biden will appear before the court to plead guilty to the tax issue. Hunter Biden, 53, previously worked as a lawyer and lobbyist in China and Ukraine.

He was discharged from the US Navy in 2014 after testing positive for cocaine. The first two charges are related to non-payment of taxes in 2017 and 2018, which he has already paid in full.

The accusation of possessing a weapon dates back to 2018, when he was a drug user. In the book published in 2021, he admitted that he took large amounts of cocaine. However, in official documents, he is believed to have denied something like that, that he was a user.
