Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi urged Israelis to avoid proximity to Israeli military and intelligence facilities as his country continues to carry out airstrikes.
Araghchi, in a post on "X", said that the Iranian military "precisely" eliminated an Israeli command, control and intelligence headquarters, and another vital target, but he did not identify the location.
He said the "blast wave" caused "superficial damage" to the nearby Soroka Medical Center, which he said was treating Israeli soldiers wounded in Gaza.
Israel says Iran directly targeted the hospital, while Iran says it was targeting the command center near the medical center.
"Hundreds of innocent Iranians have been killed in cold blood since Israel launched its illegal war against the Iranian people last week. Our powerful Armed Forces will continue to strike at the criminals targeting our people until they stop and pay for their criminal aggression against our nation," Araghchi said.
Iran's foreign minister will travel to Geneva, Switzerland, to meet with European counterparts for talks tomorrow. A diplomat told CNN that the talks were exploratory, to "feel the space" for what could be achieved.
