A 23-year-old man in Great Britain, Ryan Haigh, has been arrested by the British police after being accused of threatening his ex-girlfriend.
He initially became violent towards her out of jealousy, often physically abusing her and threatening to kill himself if she ended the relationship.
He even went further with the threats, where for 2 years he told her that if he left her, then he would tell his Albanian friends to kill her and her family members, including her 4-year-old granddaughter.
"I believe he will kill me when he gets out. I am very scared and I know what he is capable of doing," she said after the arrest of the 23-year-old.
The 23-year-old was sentenced to 4 years in prison. He was also ordered to stay away from the victim and her family for 10 years.
