New details have emerged from the operation of RENEA forces this morning in the Dobraç neighborhood of Shkodra. This action was carried out as part of the investigation into the massacre of October 30, 2024, where four people were killed.
During this operation, searches were conducted in several apartments. Media sources indicate that a total of 5 arrest warrants were issued.
Meanwhile, two additional measures have been issued for Samuel Troshani and Izmir Sakica, who surrendered to the police on January 22.
The measure could also be for the Bushati incident, where they raped Vladimir Bruçi, for a parking space, in the city of Shkodra, and not necessarily with the massacre in Dobraç.
