SPAK undertook an operation against Jetmir Pepa's criminal group this morning, while the Special Prosecution officially announced that it seized assets worth 12 million euros and issued 11 arrest warrants.
The majority of seizures are vehicles, but also immovable assets such as farmland, land, hotels, parking lots and apartments, located in Tirana, Kamëz, Lezha, Shëngjin, Saranda and Himara.
Among the seized assets is a hotel in the middle of Tirana, a few meters from the Albanian Parliament, suspected of being owned by Pepa or people associated with him.
The hotel is located on "Xhorxhi Martini" street, and according to certifications it is 4 stars.
With elegant architecture, the hotel has service facilities such as a cocktail bar with a panoramic terrace, a lounge-café, as well as an underground wine cellar where tastings were organized, or even gym and sauna facilities.

33.3% of the shares of “HEC ARSTI” in Fierza (value of shares belonging to Pepa Group)
BIV SHPK, 50%, of the shares belonging to Pepa Group
50% of the shares of “Shëngjini 2013” shpk (value of shares belonging to Pepa Group)
“Oxford Hotel”, in Tirana
“Maison Nuve Aesthetics” in Tirana
“E.DK.AL” shpk, headquartered in Ishull-Shëngjin, with the trade name Soluna
60 real estate properties of the types of arable land, land plot, hotel, parking lots and apartments, located in Tirana, Kamëz, Lezhë, Shëngjin, Saranda and Himara.
89 vehicles of various brands and types (technological vehicles for construction, freight transport or cars).
72 bank accounts belonging to various legal or natural persons, as well as citizens under investigation, or persons related to them.
