From the first investigative actions, it turned out that the BH citizen was taken and held against his will, in the "BMW X5" type vehicle, by citizens IK, 27 years old, resident of Paskuqan, Tirana, GC, 26 years old, resident of neighborhood no. 13 , Durrës and JD, 29 years old, living in neighborhood no. 14 Shkozet, Durrës.
These three nationals were threatening the BH national to give him the sum of £6,000, which the IK national claimed he owed the BH national, in a drug case at a time when both of these nationals were serving drug sentences in the British state , in the same prison cell.
At the end of the first investigative actions, citizens IK, GC and JD were arrested in flagrante delicto, and the materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty" and "Coercion by means of threats or violence" for giving property ", carried out in cooperation.
