Another serious incident was recorded this evening in Tirana, adding to the list of criminal incidents that have occurred in the capital and the country.
It is reported that a 27-year-old man was stabbed in the Kombinat area. According to the official police announcement, at around 20:10, the citizen with the initials HI was taken to hospital for treatment, suspected of being stabbed.
It is reported that the young man is currently under the care of doctors, while work is underway to identify and capture the perpetrator.
"Around 20:10, citizen H. I, around 27 years old, was sent to the hospital for treatment, who is suspected of being injured with a cutting tool at the Combine. He is currently under the care of doctors. Work is underway to identify and capture the perpetrator," the police statement said.
The incident comes after a series of other criminal episodes reported during the day, including conflicts with fatal consequences and injuries in various areas of the capital, raising concerns about the security situation.
Meanwhile, a few minutes ago it was reported that a 27-year-old man has died in Tirana, after allegedly shooting himself in his apartment.
