The court hearing for the file known as the "Golden Bullet" has begun, where prosecutor Doloreza Musabelliu is reading the documentary evidence administered in this case.
During the presentation of evidence, the prosecutor stated on several occasions: "From the requests for information, we identified the "Sky" codes that were available to Nuredin Dumani."
The minutes of the identification of three "Sky" accounts by Dumani were read at the session, as well as the defendants Henrik Hoxhaj, Aldo Baho, Erjon Alibej, Armand Tragaj, Ardian Subashi or Çollaku, Arjan Saliu (who was murdered) and Festim Qoli, where according to the indictment, various criminal episodes result.
According to the materials read in the hall, the communications talk about the murder of Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdia, and about plans to kill Indrit Dokle and Emiliano Ramazan.
The prosecution also decided to read the minutes related to the explosive destruction of Talo Çela's apartment, the murder of Fatmira Dedje, as well as other events, including that against Sanxhatari and the two Haxhia brothers.
"We also make available to you the minutes and written evidence on all the criminal facts that start on page 174, starting from providing the conditions to kill Elton Kilë and at the same time making the attempt to kill Nuredin Dumani," it was stated during the reading of the acts. These materials include the examination of the crime scenes and the minutes of the statements of the justice collaborator.
During the hearing, the lawyer of fugitive Altin Ndoc intervened, objecting to the use of some of the evidence presented by the prosecution.
"There is no reason to use in this trial the Sky ECC minutes for some people who are not in this trial, but who have been singled out. We ask this court to ask SPAK to make available to us the CDs received from the French authorities, for the principle of discovering the truth. We ask the court to ask the prosecution whether they have identified a pin code or what kind of terminology they use for Sky ECC of citizen Altin Ndoci, and for any criminal fact that they charge him with for the murder of Andi Zylyfi. Make those pins available to us, specifically the CDs, that is, what the prosecution has received from the French. With all the good will to trust the prosecution, we have the right to verify and follow the contradiction, not to bring the emails with a state. We want concrete evidence ," said the lawyer.
Further, she added: "We have raised several times during this court the fact that Altin Ndoci had a DNA sample taken in prison precisely for the murder of Zylyf. The prosecution has had a response on this expert report, it has not filed it, it refuses to file it and we assess this stance of SPAK as a tendency. I have specifically asked prosecutor Behar Dibra for this DNA expert report from 2023 and where an answer is given in favor of Altin Ndoci, stating that the biological remains are not Altin Ndoci. Even for citizen Arjan Spahiu (murdered), the prosecutor mentioned a report, we request that this pin be made available to us, despite the fact that Spahiu officially has no charges. That if he had been alive, he would have had the same charges as Erjon Alibej and Nuredin Dumani", concluded the lawyer.
Ndoc's other lawyer, Aldo Shkëmbi, also spoke, addressing the prosecution with the words: "You have become like Turkish soap operas."
"I'm unclear, Nuredin Dumani, the repentant one, has been arrested, have the expert reports on his phones been completed, why haven't they been brought? You've become like a Turkish soap opera, we can't understand what's going on. I'm talking about the investigative actions carried out, I have the right to request evidence," said the lawyer.
