After several weeks of searching, the police have stopped the operation to find the bodies of Leonard Theodhor and Fatmir Sulovar, missing since April 6, in Saranda.
This fact has been confirmed by the families of the two missing persons who have held two meetings with the General Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, to ask him to find out what happened to Theodhor and Sulovar.
But although the search has been called off, sources from the investigative group say that investigations are continuing in other forms. Verifications are being carried out to find the persons who are hiding after the kidnapping and subsequent burial of 45-year-old Sulovari and 52-year-old Theodhori.
The two missing persons are well-known names to the police, as in the past they had a precedent in the field of narcotics. Their involvement in criminal activities is suspected to be the reason for the disappearance.
For a serious incident, so far the police have arrested only one 28-year-old man, identified as Sofokli Baxheri, with suspicions that he knows about the people who may be hiding behind the disappearance. But the data obtained from him did not help in the investigations./KlanTV
