The head of SPAK today has a duty to bring that file, which has been kept hidden or dormant, to the fore, because Albanians must come forward. Whoever comes to this podium makes a play on the separation of powers.
"You want the Constitution of the Republic of Corruption, not that of Albania," Bardhi said.
