The Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja has commented on the chaotic situation that has been created in the Assembly. During his speech on the 25th anniversary of the Constitution, Manja says that the solution to political deadlocks is dictated by the Constitution and history has shown that those who avoided it failed successfully.
"The constitution adopted 25 years ago invited all political forces to compete for power, but with the law. The constitution took important steps by putting rights and equalities in the foreground, putting the state on the right track. The constitution of gave society the chance of understanding and cooperation, to move from political partisanship to institutional democracy. With this Constitution, no Albanian is asked the question of where they come from, but where they want to go. Albania has chosen its path and is moving confidently towards integration Euro-Atlantic.
With the conviction for an independent system, with the reform in justice. During these years, in addition to political divisions, we have also known how to build political consensus to bring about necessary changes for the country. Today in the assembly we have a situation similar to that of the distant year '98, at the time of the constitutional debate, Sabri Godo called on the opposition to join the discussion in the constitutional commission. Today, the return to parliamentarism and parliamentary debate as the only solution to political deadlocks is dictated by the constitution itself. The political history of the transition in Albania has shown how many times the political parties have tried to find solutions by avoiding the constitution and have successfully failed ," said Ulsi Manja.
