The socialist vice-chairman of the parliamentary investigation commission for the intervention in the TIMS system, Tonin Gogu, said that the testimony of the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla in the commission could not continue as not all the deputies had a security certificate.

The state has come because it considers it a sensitive issue. At the moment when the state secret must be presented to the MPs, it turns out that a group of MPs are without a security certificate. When requests are put to a vote they are procedural. In complete illegality, in the interim decision for closed doors, the mayor introduced some other requests.
When there were questions, the minister said that I have information, but it is a state secret. We are ready to continue the work of the show. There are enough MPs who have the security certificate. The meeting could continue and it was requested that everyone participate by being provided with a security certificate ," he said in a statement to the media.
